How Movemnt.AI works
Most small teams I talk to are stuck in the same spot with AI. They know it could save them real time. Someone on the team has experimented with ChatGPT. And nobody has the hours to figure out the rest. Hiring an AI specialist costs $10,000+ a month. Consultants bill $150 to $300 an hour and want a scoped project before they pick up the phone. So the whole thing sits on the someday list.
Movemnt.AI is my answer to that gap: unlimited AI support for your whole team, at a flat monthly rate.
The short version
Think of it like an AI helpdesk. Your team gets my calendar link. Anytime someone gets stuck, they book a session of 15 to 60 minutes and we work through it together. A prompt that won't behave, a tool decision, an automation idea, a spreadsheet that needs analyzing. No tickets, no approvals, no hourly meter running. You pay one flat rate per month, and you can pause or cancel anytime.
What actually happens in a session
Whatever you booked it for. Real examples from recent work: turning hundreds of survey documents into a ready-to-publish analysis, rolling out Claude to a marketing agency, automating a non-profit's employee onboarding, building a research assistant that gathers contact data. Some sessions are training. Some are building. Some are just "here's my screen, why isn't this working."
Sessions aren't one-on-one only, either. Bring a teammate, a small group, or the whole company to a single call. Group trainings and workshops count as one booking.
From first call to first win
It starts with a free 15-minute discovery call. I learn about your team, your tools, and where you're at with AI, and I tell you honestly whether this makes sense for you. If it doesn't, I'll say so.
If it does, you pick a plan based on team size and we schedule a team-wide onboarding call. I meet everyone, we talk through where people are, and each teammate gets an invite to the member portal with their own sign-in. From there, anyone on your team can book time whenever they need it. Most teams book their first working session the same week.
The honest fine print
"Unlimited" deserves an explanation. There is no cap on how many sessions your team can book. The real constraint is open slots on my calendar, and I keep membership small enough that you can usually get time within a day or two. If the calendar starts filling up, I cap new memberships rather than let wait times slip.
Also worth saying: some projects are genuinely bigger than session work. If yours is a multi-week build, I'll tell you, and we can scope it separately instead of pretending it fits in hour blocks.
What it costs
$449 per month for teams up to 10 people. $949 for teams up to 20. $1,749 for larger teams, or custom pricing if your situation calls for it. Every plan is month to month, and you pause or cancel from the billing portal in two clicks. Compare that to a six-figure specialist hire or an hourly consultant, and the math is most of the pitch. Full pricing details here.
Is it a fit?
If your team is bigger than a couple of people, smaller than an enterprise, and you keep saying "we should really be using AI more," this is built for you. One flat rate, a real person on the other end of every session, and no commitment beyond the month you're in. Book a discovery call and I'll give you a straight answer either way.
