The service
Movemnt is a subscription service operated by Movemnt AI LLC ("Movemnt," "we," "I"). Subscribers receive access to bookable AI consulting sessions (30 or 60 minutes) via a private scheduling link, plus any additional support channels included in their plan tier (email support, Slack channel, strategy calls). Sessions are delivered by Tom Bouwman personally.
Booking and fair use
There is no fixed limit on session bookings. Availability is governed by open slots on the calendar. Plan tiers are priced by team size; you agree to subscribe at the tier matching the number of people using the service.
Billing, pausing, and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You can pause or cancel anytime through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within the first 7 days of your first subscription period; after that, payments are non-refundable but service continues through the paid period.
Your work product
Anything built for you during sessions — automations, agents, documents, code — belongs to you. Movemnt retains the right to reuse general know-how, techniques, and non-confidential patterns.
Confidentiality
Information shared in sessions is treated as confidential and is not shared with other clients or third parties, except as required to deliver the service (for example, tools you ask us to use together). An NDA is available on request.
Disclaimers
Advice and builds are provided in good faith and with professional care, but Movemnt does not guarantee specific business outcomes, time savings, or fitness of third-party tools for your purposes. You are responsible for decisions made in your business, including compliance with laws and regulations that apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Movemnt AI LLC's total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
